Cookie Policy
Version 2026-09-30
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. They are widely used to keep sites working, remember your preferences, and measure performance.
2. How we use cookies
Aurelius Capital Wealth uses the minimum set of cookies necessary to operate the Platform securely:
- Essential cookies: used to maintain your login session, prevent cross-site request forgery, and enforce security controls. The Platform cannot function without these.
- Referral cookies: used to attribute a signup to the marketer who referred you, if you arrived via a referral link. These expire after 90 days.
- Performance cookies (optional): may be used to measure page speed and error rates in aggregate, without identifying you personally. Disabled by default.
- Live chat cookies: when embedded, our chat provider (tawk.to) may set cookies to maintain a chat session. You can block these in your browser settings at any time.
3. What we do NOT use
- Advertising or retargeting cookies
- Cross-site tracking pixels
- Social media tracking buttons
- Data brokers or third-party profiling
4. Managing cookies
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies will prevent you from signing in or using the Platform. For help, consult your browser's documentation:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
5. Do Not Track
We honor the Do Not Track browser signal by not enabling performance or tracking cookies for visitors who send it.
6. Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in advance.
