Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Aurelius Capital Wealth platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
2. Account registration
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it promptly. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Identity verification
You may be required to complete identity verification ("KYC") before accessing certain features. We may refuse or revoke access if verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction.
4. Deposits and withdrawals
You may fund your account via bank transfer or cryptocurrency, and request withdrawals to a bank account or crypto address under your control. All transfers are subject to verification and are processed in accordance with our internal review policies. We reserve the right to reject or reverse any transaction that appears fraudulent, erroneous, or in violation of applicable law.
5. Investment terms
Investment strategies offered on the Platform are fixed-return packages with specific durations and returns as disclosed at the time of investment. Returns accrue over the term and are paid at maturity. Terms are locked in at the time of investment and are not affected by later changes to the underlying strategy.
6. Fees
We do not currently charge management fees on investment strategies. Bank transfer fees, network fees, or third-party charges may apply and are your responsibility.
7. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent security controls; (c) impersonate another person; (d) use the Platform to launder money or finance terrorism; (e) engage in market manipulation or fraudulent activity.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or pose a risk to us, other clients, or the integrity of the Platform. You may close your account at any time by contacting support; outstanding obligations survive termination.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurelius Capital Wealth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aurelius Capital Wealth is established. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in advance. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
