1. Capital at risk
Investment strategies offered on the Platform carry risk. Returns are described as "fixed" only in the sense that they are contractually stated — they are not guaranteed by any government scheme, deposit insurer, or third party. In the event of insolvency, fraud, operational failure, or legal intervention, you may recover less than your principal, or nothing at all.
2. No FDIC or SIPC insurance
Unless explicitly stated in your agreement, your investment is not covered by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC), or any similar scheme in any jurisdiction.
3. No guarantee of returns
Any projected or illustrative returns shown in our calculator or marketing materials are hypothetical. They do not guarantee future performance. Actual outcomes depend on our ability to honor the terms, which depends on factors including market conditions, operational continuity, and regulatory environment.
4. Custody and counterparty risk
Your funds may be held with third-party custodians, banks, or exchanges. If any of these counterparties fail, are hacked, freeze assets, or become subject to legal action, your funds may be delayed or lost.
5. Cryptocurrency risk
If you fund or withdraw via cryptocurrency, you accept all risks inherent to crypto networks including volatility, irreversible transactions, network congestion, address errors, lost private keys, and regulatory changes. Sending to the wrong address or network will result in permanent loss.
6. Liquidity risk
Investment strategies are typically locked for a fixed duration. You may not be able to withdraw your principal before maturity. Withdrawal requests may be subject to review and processing delays.
7. Regulatory risk
Laws and regulations governing investment services change frequently. Changes may affect our ability to operate, the terms of your investments, your tax obligations, or your access to funds.
8. No financial advice
Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. We do not assess your suitability for any strategy. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Consult a licensed adviser before investing.
9. Technology risk
Our Platform depends on third-party infrastructure (hosting, databases, networks, payment rails). Outages, bugs, and security incidents may affect access, accuracy, or availability of your funds. We maintain controls to mitigate this, but cannot eliminate the risk.
